Prerequisites: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Purchasing and/or Logistics is a plus; * Minimum 6 months of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain activities. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and results orientation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with integrated management systems (ERP) is desirable. Responsibilities: * Support the purchasing team in managing procurement processes for goods and services, from requisition through supplier negotiation. * Conduct market research, analyze proposals and quotations, and prepare reports to support decision-making. * Monitor contract execution, tracking deadlines, quantities, and quality of delivered products/services. * Assist in inventory management, identifying opportunities to improve purchasing processes. * Support the updating and maintenance of records and documents related to purchasing activities. * Prepare reports and presentations on purchasing performance. * Monitor all purchasing processes, identifying and resolving arising issues.
