Lead high-complexity analytical initiatives and machine learning projects, transforming data into strategic intelligence to support business decisions, optimize processes, and drive innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage for the organization **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead end-to-end advanced analytical initiatives—from problem definition through model implementation and production monitoring. * Serve as a technical reference in data analysis, advanced statistics, and machine learning, contributing to the company’s analytical maturity evolution. * Develop supervised and unsupervised machine learning predictive models and algorithms, generating strategic insights and business opportunities. * Design and optimize scalable data pipelines, ensuring data quality, governance, traceability, and security. * Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations to support executive decision-making and drive results. * Collaborate with business units, engineering, and data architecture teams to strengthen a data-driven culture and analytical innovation. * Conduct advanced analyses to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and optimization opportunities. * Contribute to defining best practices, analytical frameworks, and continuous improvement of internal processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Statistics, or related fields. * Languages, Tools, and Technologies: Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
