We are looking for a professional to join the Relationship team, who will be responsible for executing intermediate-complexity operational processes for insurable and/or non-insurable benefits. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform all operational movements related to insurable and/or non-insurable benefits (enrollment, removal, modification, upgrade, and/or extension plan) using insurers’ and/or operators’ portals and/or systems to ensure correct processing. * Process billing kit cancellation using insurers’ and/or operators’ portals and/or systems to ensure organized and secure delivery to the client. * Verify invoices by reviewing all data and/or information contained in the Billing Kit files to ensure all performed movements are correctly processed. * Review all received documents by identifying contradictory data and/or information, gaps, errors, incorrect numbers and documents, and outdated information to safeguard against issues that could harm the business and/or client. * Maintain control records of all performed movements by entering required data and/or information to ensure effective tracking of executed actions. * Provide empathetic customer service through attentive treatment grounded in dialogue and understanding of needs, to clarify doubts and/or provide necessary information regarding the billing and/or cost-allocation process. * Evaluate dependents reaching adulthood (Monthly Billing Report and Insurers’ Registration Status), by analyzing reports issued by operators and/or insurers, to process exclusions due to age-limit restrictions (adulthood). * Identify improvement opportunities through process execution mapping, procedure application, and workflow analysis, to suggest actions enabling continuous improvement in operational performance. * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as needed and/or demanded by the area, whenever necessary, through training, professional qualification, and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience in the insurance sector, specifically in operational processes for health, dental, and life insurance products * Customer-focused mindset, professionalism, collaboration, innovation, organization, analytical ability, and resilience **Additional Information** * Health and Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Meal Allowance and/or Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Profit Sharing Program (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day Off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance contracts such as auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Join the MDS Team!** MDS is one of the leading insurance brokerage firms in Brazil, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
