If you are analytical, organized, resilient, and passionate about numbers, this is your opportunity to become part of a dynamic and collaborative environment! ### **Position Objective** To serve as a strategic business partner, supporting leadership in financial decision-making through planning, results analysis, financial forecasting, budgetary control, and generation of insights based on reliable data. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the annual budgeting process (**Budget**) and its periodic revisions (**Forecast / Rolling Forecast**). * Prepare and analyze **managerial income statements (DRE)**, **cash flow statements**, and **financial indicators**. * Conduct variance analyses (**actual vs. budget vs. forecast**), identifying root causes, impacts, and opportunities for improvement. * Develop **financial models**, including scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and economic feasibility studies. * Support operational and commercial areas with analyses of **profitability, margin, and cost structure**. * Prepare **management reports** and **executive presentations** for senior leadership. * Serve as the interface among **Accounting, Finance, Commercial, and Operations**, ensuring alignment of information. * Ensure **data governance and accuracy**, while promoting continuous improvement of **FP\&A and Controller functions**. ### **Requirements** * Solid experience in **FP\&A and Controller functions**. * Applied accounting knowledge, including **income statements (DRE), costs, margins, and CPCs**. * Advanced Excel skills (modeling, formulas, pivot tables). * Experience in **corporate budgeting**, forecasting, and financial planning. * Strong analytical capability and financial interpretation skills.
