Our Marketing team is expanding — see more details about this position below. **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop layouts for digital and printed advertising materials (social media posts, email marketing, presentations, campaigns, banners, brochures, etc.); * Create and adapt visual identities, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints; * Produce visual content for social media based on the monthly plan; * Create assets for digital marketing campaigns (ads, institutional, and promotional); * Develop layouts and update websites and landing pages; * Create and edit institutional and promotional videos; * Support the creation of graphic materials for events; * Research references and trends to propose creative and innovative solutions; * Participate in briefing meetings with partner departments, contributing suggestions on formats and materials best suited to objectives; * Manage requests, organize deadlines, and ensure delivery quality. * Support general departmental requests. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree: Advertising and Public Relations, Graphic Design, or Social Communication; Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects; Basic knowledge of HTML.
