Create, analyze, and execute the implementation of industrial projects, covering technical procedures and standards, aiming to meet internal demand.
**Responsibilities and duties**
* Plan, monitor, and control activities required for project development and implementation;
* Perform technical sizing of equipment and installations to meet the project's technical scope;
* Create and manage process and project documentation;
* Monitor work fronts involving various internal departments to ensure successful project implementation;
* Map and collect process data, proposing improvements and modifications;
* Prepare equipment datasheets;
* Conduct on-site information gathering to create layouts/drawings;
* Update mechanical, electrical, and process flow diagrams;
* Update the engineering department's internal document control spreadsheet;
* Perform area-related entries in SAP;
* Comply with quality, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and food safety guidelines;
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

* Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields.
