Manage team and supervise activities A logistics service provider is seeking a Logistics Manager in Caieiras. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate the company's operational and logistics routines. Manage fleet operations, routes, fuel consumption, and other resources used in operations. Monitor logistics KPIs, performance results, and productivity. Ensure adherence to deadlines, internal procedures, as well as safety and quality standards. Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes by proposing adjustments and optimizations. Establish communication with internal departments, suppliers, and other partners to align requirements. Manage the team, supervise activity execution, and provide daily guidance to staff. Previous experience as Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, or Logistics Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
