Job Summary: Professional to implement and sustain the WCM program, focusing on continuous improvement, process development, and quality, with cross-functional involvement across units. Focus on loss reduction and productivity improvement * **Area: WCM \-** Area responsible for implementing and sustaining the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program at PPS. This position will support the expansion of the continuous improvement culture, working cross-functionally across the Vinhedo and Sumaré plants, with emphasis on improvement projects, process development, quality, and implementation of the WCM program\'s methodological requirements. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:00 or 08:00 to 17:30, flexible schedule * **Work Format:** 100% on-site. * **Work Location:** Vinhedo/SP. * Cross-functional involvement between the Vinhedo and Sumaré units, with frequent travel as required by project demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the implementation and sustainability of the WCM program. * Develop and lead continuous improvement projects. * Map, analyze, and optimize methods and processes. * Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, and Standardization). * Identify opportunities for loss reduction and productivity improvement. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. * Monitor and support industrial KPI management, productivity, OEE, quality, and savings. * Draft, review, and standardize procedures, methodologies, and documentation. * Support training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to disseminate the WCM culture. * Collaborate with production areas to implement operational improvements. * Support the setup of the new Life Science operation in Vinhedo. * Lead improvement projects focused on defect reduction and quality enhancement in Sumaré. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, etc.), Quality Management, or Administration * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Prior experience in the industrial sector. * Knowledge of methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and Standardization is desirable * Knowledge of industrial KPIs (desirable) * Willingness to travel between Vinhedo and Sumaré * **English:** Basic to Intermediate. **Differentiators** * Power BI knowledge * Power Platform knowledge * Valid driver\'s license **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Unimed Campinas National Health Plan * Bradesco Dental Plan * Vidalink Pharmacy Plan * Bradesco Life Insurance * Oriente\-me Mental Health Program * On-site nutritional counseling * On-site cafeteria * Meal allowance of R$ 330.00 * Transportation allowance or parking * Wellhub (Gympass) * Profit-sharing plan (PPR) of up to 120% of monthly remuneration * CrediSG Credit Cooperative * Saint\-Gobain Employee Stock Purchase Plan (PEG) * São Bernardo Private Pension Plan #### **ABOUT SAINT\-GOBAIN GROUP** **With over 360 years of history, the French group is a global leader in light and sustainable construction and operates in 80 countries, employing more than 161\.000 people worldwide.** Saint\-Gobain designs, manufactures, and distributes materials and services for the construction and industrial markets.
