Professional to implement and sustain the WCM program, focusing on continuous improvement, process development, and quality, with cross-functional involvement across units.

* **Area: WCM \-** Area responsible for implementing and sustaining the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program at PPS. This position will support the expansion of the continuous improvement culture, working cross-functionally across the Vinhedo and Sumaré plants, with emphasis on improvement projects, process development, quality, and implementation of the WCM program\'s methodological requirements.
* **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 17:00 or 08:00 to 17:30, flexible schedule
* **Work Format:** 100% on-site.
* **Work Location:** Vinhedo/SP.
* Cross-functional involvement between the Vinhedo and Sumaré units, with frequent travel as required by project demands.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Support the implementation and sustainability of the WCM program.
* Develop and lead continuous improvement projects.
* Map, analyze, and optimize methods and processes.
* Apply Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, and Standardization).
* Identify opportunities for loss reduction and productivity improvement.
* Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor and support industrial KPI management, productivity, OEE, quality, and savings.
* Draft, review, and standardize procedures, methodologies, and documentation.
* Support training sessions, workshops, and initiatives to disseminate the WCM culture.
* Collaborate with production areas to implement operational improvements.
* Support the setup of the new Life Science operation in Vinhedo.
* Lead improvement projects focused on defect reduction and quality enhancement in Sumaré.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, etc.), Quality Management, or Administration
* Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
* Prior experience in the industrial sector.
* Knowledge of methodologies such as PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and Standardization is desirable
* Knowledge of industrial KPIs (desirable)
* Willingness to travel between Vinhedo and Sumaré
* **English:** Basic to Intermediate.
