




Job Summary: The ISBM Machine Technician configures and adjusts parameters of injection molding machines, prepares molds, inspects components, and ensures the quality of plastic product manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Configure and adjust injection molding machines according to specifications 2. Prepare molds and perform assembly/disassembly 3. Ensure quality and correct defects in plastic products The ISBM Machine Technician is responsible for: * Configuring machine parameters according to the product technical sheet; * Preparing molds, performing mold changes, assembly, and disassembly; * Adjusting temperature, pressure, injection time, cooling time, and speed; * Inspecting the operation of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components; * Checking and feeding hoppers with plastic resins (PE, PP, PET, etc.); * Preparing mixtures and additives according to specifications (masterbatch, fillers); * Ensuring material is dry, clean, and meets required standards; * Producing initial parts (trial pieces) and validating dimensions and finish; * Adjusting parameters to correct defects (flash, bubbles, warpage, short shots); * Monitoring and recording injection molding machine results; * Monitoring machine performance during the shift; identifying anomalies and making necessary adjustments; * Ensuring production cycles proceed at the established pace, etc. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Technical degree in Plastics; * Knowledge of ISBM; * Availability to work standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM); * Availability to work on-site in Itupeva-SP.
