Apply knowledge of Labor Legislation and the CLT to ensure compliance, prevent lawsuits, and safeguard employee well-being. Operate HR systems (HRIS/ERP), people management software, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms. Utilize advanced Excel for data organization, analysis, and report generation. Analyze HR data and metrics (People Analytics) to support strategic decisions. Apply R&S techniques to attract, identify, and hire top talent. Manage benefits and compensation, including salary calculation, administration, and job classification policies. Implement Occupational Health and Safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment. Collaborate closely with the accounting firm.
