We currently have openings for those who believe in more accessible, human-centered, and close-to-the-people healthcare. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are seeking an Apprentice to provide support to administrative departments, contributing to process organization, internal service delivery, and operational routine assistance. This is an excellent opportunity for professional development within a dynamic and collaborative corporate environment. **Main Activities:** * Support administrative and operational routines across departments; * Organize documents and information; * Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal systems; * Assist in data and indicator tracking; * Support internal service delivery, email triage, and request handling; * Contribute to process organization and improvement; * Support internal communication of information and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school, technical school, or university studies * Availability to work as an Apprentice (4 days per week at the company and 1 day dedicated to training courses) * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Good communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Willingness to learn and grow professionally * Proactivity and accountability * Ability to work well in a team **Additional Information** Employment Type: CLT Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) – On-site Location: Av.
