**Description:** We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Development Analyst to join our development team. This professional will be responsible for creating intuitive interfaces and engaging user experiences, collaborating directly with product and development teams. We expect a balanced mix of creative and technical skills, capable of transforming concepts into functional prototypes and high-quality designs—always prioritizing usability and end-user satisfaction. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Creation and design of responsive and accessible user interfaces; Conducting user research and usability testing; Developing interactive prototypes and wireframes; Creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries; Producing design documentation and style guides; Designing interfaces for various devices and platforms; Collaborating on projects using agile methodologies; Working on products with high user volume and complex interaction requirements. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Principles of interface design and user experience; Advanced proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping; User research techniques (interviews, testing, personas, user journeys); Responsive and mobile-first design techniques; Knowledge of accessibility principles (WCAG); Visual design and grid system skills; Design thinking and user-centered design methodologies; Wireframing and information architecture techniques; Knowledge of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with design methodologies such as Design Sprints; Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for improved communication with developers; Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization; Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
