Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and coordinating operation and maintenance teams, ensuring service quality and adherence to deadlines for building-related services. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in coordinating maintenance and building operations teams 2. Management of preventive, corrective, and building systems maintenance 3. Preparation of technical and managerial reports **Technical Skills** * Directly supervise and coordinate operation and maintenance teams; develop operational and preventive/periodic maintenance plans; execute such tasks in accordance with the plan while collaborating with third-party service providers contracted by the client; * Prepare operation and maintenance reports, consumption spreadsheets, shift schedules, and safety presentations; * Ensure service quality and timely completion of tasks performed by the branch’s maintenance team; * Supervise services carried out by third parties and collaborate with the branch’s safety technician; * Continuously update the status of actions executed by the department; * Ensure the workshop maintains a safe, organized environment equipped with appropriate tools for service execution; * Manage incoming service requests; * Ensure all branch services are registered in advance in the shared service system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; * Proven experience in facilities management, specifically coordinating maintenance and building operations teams. * Technical knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, and building systems (hydraulic, electrical, HVAC, etc.); * Proficiency in planning and controlling periodic maintenance, with ability to execute and monitor operational schedules; * Ability to prepare technical and managerial reports, consumption spreadsheets, shift schedules, and training or safety presentation materials; * Experience managing and supervising outsourced services and integrating with occupational safety teams; * Organizational and leadership skills to maintain a well-structured workshop, including tool control and operational safety; * Familiarity with service management systems (e.g., ticketing or facilities management systems); * Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency. **Salary + Benefits:** VT OR VR AUTO, VR, VA, Medical and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, and Totalpass. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:48 **Location:** São Paulo – Capital / SP Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (CLT) Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Daycare allowance * Company mobile phone * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering? * Briefly describe your professional experience in maintenance (building, industrial, or other), highlighting years of experience and types of activities performed. * Describe your experience leading maintenance teams.
