Requirements: Required Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering, including development, maintenance, and optimization of ETL/ELT pipelines. * Strong proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL (preferably SQL Server or equivalent environments). * Proven experience with modern data architectures: Modern Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Data Lakehouse. * Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake, Workflows, Unity Catalog, MLflow, and data integrations. * Practical experience with Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Storage, Databricks on Azure). * Knowledge of DataOps best practices, versioning, CI/CD, orchestration, and governance. * Ability to work on integrated solutions with AI Agents (providing data layers, feature stores, events, logs, and tooling). * Strong emphasis on quality, performance, resilience, and security when building pipelines. * Availability for domestic and international travel (valid passport and up-to-date visas). * Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory. Important Differentiators * Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS or GCP). * Experience with streaming technologies (Kafka, Event Hub, Kinesis) and event-driven architectures. * Knowledge of dimensional modeling, Data Vault, and MDM. * Experience with orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Dagster). * Knowledge of Supply Chain, industrial operations, or retail. * Experience in regulated or highly critical environments (finance, manufacturing, logistics). * Integration with analytical and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Must be available for travel (USA)
