Job Summary: Technical professional responsible for conducting functional, operational, and safety tests on systems and equipment, analyzing results, documenting processes, and collaborating to continuously improve mobility. Conduct tests to ensure systems and equipment operate according to specifications, analyze results and performance prior to handover for operation, and investigate failures occurring during testing. Report daily activities and complete the daily progress report of tasks. Prepare documentation recording all tests performed. **Responsibilities:** * Activity Preparation: Verification, preparation, and pre-sorting of required documents, tools, and equipment for testing activities—including proper configuration of equipment, software, and systems needed for the task. * Test Execution: Perform functional, operational, and safety tests, ensuring reliable execution and accurate recording of results. * Result Analysis: Evaluate data obtained during testing, identifying failures or non-conformities. * Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports on test results, including observations and recommendations. Support technical investigations jointly with Engineering and internal/external suppliers. * Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project teams to resolve issues identified during testing. * Training: Participate in training and capacity-building sessions on new systems and technologies to remain up-to-date. * Maintenance: Contribute to the development and execution of preventive maintenance plans and corrective actions, if necessary. Support field implementation of rework procedures or system improvements. * Compliance Verification: Ensure all processes and procedures comply with applicable internal and external regulations. * Feedback: Provide feedback on system performance and suggest improvements for future implementations. * Ensure smooth communication flow regarding interventions \& operations during problem resolution and support shift handover, if applicable. **Qualifications \& Experience** • Technical education (electrical/electronic). • Knowledge of IT and networks. • Knowledge of troubleshooting electro-electronic circuits. • Organized approach to documentation completion. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • 4–5 years of experience as a technician performing problem resolution/investigation/testing (electrical/electronic). • Fluent in Portuguese; English (desirable). • Willingness to travel (short- and long-term assignments). • Domestic and international travel. **Equal Opportunity Statement:** Alstom is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all employees are encouraged to reach their full potential and individual differences are valued and respected.
