Job Summary: Sports store manager responsible for sales, prospecting, organization, team management, and operational and administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Passion for sports and customer service **Key Responsibilities:** · Working in a sports store to sell clothing, footwear, and accessories from the brand's own line and major global sports brands; · Selling customized sports uniforms, understanding customer needs and assisting\-them in designing them; · Interacting with the brand's in\-house manufacturing unit to design and oversee uniform production; · Prospecting new customers in the sports segment (clubs, associations, companies, etc.) for customized sports uniform sales; · Organizing the store, including optimal product placement in display windows and other areas; · Monitoring competitors' practices (pricing, promotions, new products, etc.) to suggest improvements and opportunities for the store; · Monitoring product stock levels and requesting replenishment or restocking from the company's purchasing department; · Managing a team of two people, training them in best sales practices and guiding them on company policies and goals; · Managing store operational and administrative routines such as store opening and closing, cash register opening and closing, inventory control, store organization, staff training, payment and expense tracking, vacation management, report completion, and more. **Key Qualifications:** · Interest in sports and interaction with athletes (especially football); · Strong interpersonal and communication skills; · Friendliness and passion for customer service; · Team spirit and leadership by example. **Prerequisites:** · Prior experience in sales and/or customer service in retail stores; · Prior experience as a store manager. **Desirable:** · Previous experience selling sports products; · Basic knowledge or familiarity with CorelDRAW/Photoshop; Basic computer skills \- Microsoft Office suite.
