We have opportunities for stock replenishers in our stores. **Job details:** You will be responsible for preparing, receiving, organizing, picking, and moving merchandise within the store to ensure restocking, signage, pricing, cleaning, and maintenance of displayed products, thereby guaranteeing commercial presentation at the point of sale. **Store Responsibilities:** * Know and follow your \"Work Routine\", which includes your daily tasks (checklist). * Know and implement your store's Loss Prevention Plan and the procedures and processes related to your mission (e.g., Internal Transfers, Loss Declarations, Negative Stock Corrections, etc.). * Comply with all Occupational Safety rules (PPEs, Material Handling Equipment, Environmental Safety). * Implement your linear displays according to the Perfect Linear Meter standard. * Ensure all non-productive stock in your linear displays is visibly exposed and highlighted. * Adapt your linear displays according to sales volume (adjustable hooks and shelves), ensuring efficient restocking and avoiding visual stockouts. **Logistics Responsibilities:** * Understand the product receiving process. * Manage reverse logistics, monitoring validation of returned goods receipts for supplier returns and technical support. * Always keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, adhering to internal procedures and controls. * Monitor stockouts daily and indicate on the form whether purchase orders exist or not; report delivery deviations—such as delays or missing orders—to the supervisor for joint resolution with the Purchasing and Supplier departments. * Know and apply audit procedures related to receiving. * Monitor correct product availability (PAR, Warehouse, and Subsequent Pickup). * Follow procedures, safeguard company assets, and comply with occupational safety rules.
