We’re looking for a **Relationship Consultant** to be the frontline representative of CNA Guarulhos Centro — someone who doesn’t just serve students, but who **builds relationships, energizes the school, and actively shapes every student’s experience**. Here, you won’t just “sit at the reception desk”. You’ll be a **key player in student retention, campus energy, and day-to-day operations**. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Engage students and their guardians with empathy and proactive attitude * Handle **logistical, financial, and academic matters** * Manage communication with students (messages, announcements, follow-ups) * Support and monitor internal processes (absences, grades, renewals, etc.) * Actively participate in **contract renewals** * Help foster a vibrant environment: events, celebrations, internal initiatives * Serve as the liaison among students, teachers, and academic coordinators WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU * **Genuine ease in connecting with people** * Clear, direct, and straightforward communication * High energy and proactive mindset (those who wait for instructions won’t thrive here) * Quick learning ability and problem-solving agility * Strong organization and sense of responsibility * Sincere interest in supporting students and enriching their experience THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF: * You prefer repetitive and predictable tasks * You avoid conversations or public exposure * You always wait for explicit instructions on what to do IMPORTANT Prior experience is not required. But we do require **attitude, willingness to learn, and drive to grow**.
