Job Summary: Hersil, a condominium management company, is hiring a Concierge to attend to condominium residents, present services, and serve as the interface among residents, management, and operations. Assisting with mailroom duties, reception, and guiding visitors Hersil, a condominium management company, is hiring a Concierge to work at a residential condominium located in the southern region of São Paulo. Your responsibilities will include: * Attending to condominium residents and occupants, presenting the services and amenities offered by the condominium; * Acting as the interface among residents, management, and condominium operations. * Managing the service schedule and maintaining records of available amenities; * Assisting the mailroom and reception with receiving and dispatching residents’ correspondence and packages; * Greeting and guiding visitors to their designated units and/or visited areas, as well as advising them on the proper use of common areas, among other duties.
