Job Summary: The Engineering Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role on-site, coordinating the project and developing innovative solutions focused on constructability and resource optimization, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate projects and develop innovative engineering solutions. 2. Ensure project integration and completion within schedule and budget. 3. Provide field team support in project solutions. The Project Coordinator will be stationed on-site and serve as a key figure in project coordination and engineering solution development, introducing innovations focused on constructability and resource optimization, engaging necessary specialists to achieve the desired outcome. The incumbent must ensure project integration and completion within specified timelines and budgets, aligned with strategies jointly defined with other company departments and the client, delivering consistent documentation for procurement, planning, and construction execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Ensure integration of the project and its requirements with other company departments; * Project control and integration; * Conduct information gathering, analysis, and definition of project scope; * Generate and review meeting minutes that may impact project activities and documents issued internally or by third parties; * Master and control contracted scopes; * Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal regulatory processes; * Analyze project risks delivered via critical analysis documents; * Participate in project meetings with designers contracted by the client and/or MATEC, and client representatives; * Participate in project meetings with suppliers to enable technical solutions and ensure product delivery; * Ensure effective project management from the perspective of its impact on costs, productivity, and building quality/performance; * Ensure adherence to work methodologies and control and management tools; * Proactively communicate to the Project and Construction Manager regarding scope change requests, risks (including critical paths), and quality issues, strategically collaborating with the team to mitigate impacts and ensure continuity of project objectives; * Provide full support to the field team regarding project solutions. Requirements: TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Experience in project coordination and construction supervision for corporate buildings; * Proficiency in standards governing project development and/or ability to identify applicable regulations; * Experience in project integration using NavisWorks; * Knowledge of Revit (desirable).
