Job Summary: Manage the internal app, plan and execute corporate events, control the communication budget, and support employer branding initiatives. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting internal campaigns and employer branding Responsibilities: * Manage the internal app as the main communication channel with employees, including editorial planning, content curation, channel governance, and vendor coordination—ensuring relevance, consistency, and high engagement; * Establish, monitor, and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, adoption), proposing data-driven action plans for continuous improvement of results; * Structured involvement in planning and executing corporate events, including schedule management, vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and operational support; * Support monitoring and controlling the communication and events budget, ensuring financial organization, predictability, and resource optimization; * Support the development and execution of internal campaigns and initiatives that reinforce company culture, employee belonging, and alignment with corporate values; * Support building and executing employer branding initiatives, connecting internal communication activities with external communication to strengthen employee pride and enhance employer brand attractiveness; What We Expect From You: * Completed bachelor’s degree; * Proven experience in internal communication, endomarketing, digital channel management, and/or corporate events; * Knowledge of budget control and cost management; * Advanced Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint); * Adobe Creative Suite and Canva; * Hands-on profile; * Assertive communication; * Time management and sense of urgency; * Proactivity.
