Operational control and incident management ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** OPENING FOR AN OPERATIONAL ANALYST TO WORK IN SÃO CAETANO DO SUL. **\*PLEASE NOTE THE JOB PROFILE\*** * SHIFT: 5 days on / 2 days off, from 07:00 to 17:00 * BASE SALARY: R$3,303.00 ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Main responsibilities during shifts Shift and team coverage management Manage work schedules (12h-on/36h-off, 6-on/1-off, off-day staff, reserves). Cover last-minute absences, delays, and leaves of absence. Mobilize employees for emergency replacements. Customer and employee service Receive and handle incidents (absences, conflicts, post-related issues). Serve condominium managers, contract managers, or client representatives. Provide operational guidance and support to employees. Operational control Record incidents in system or shift logbook. Monitor post check-in/check-out. Ensure uniforms, equipment, and PPE are appropriate. Incident management Handle emergency situations (disciplinary issues, post abandonment, workplace accidents). Escalate to supervision, coordination, or HR as needed. Guide employees on internal procedures. Administrative support Update shift reports. Report absences for salary deduction or time bank adjustment. Assist with tracking medical certificates and leaves of absence.
