Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with a solid engineering background and proficiency in AutoCAD to develop technical projects and engineering proposals, transforming client requirements into detailed solutions. Focus on technical accuracy and delivery quality **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT **Internal Operations \- Technical Back Office** We seek a professional with a solid foundation in **engineering and mastery of AutoCAD**, to work on the development of technical projects and engineering proposals. The focus of this position is to transform clients’ specific needs into detailed technical solutions, ensuring the feasibility and performance of industrial motion and transmission systems. **The Challenge:** You will serve as the technical lead responsible for project development and proposal structuring, acting as the interface between technical demand and factory validation. This role demands technical precision, analytical capability, and readiness to deliver projects independently—without constant supervision. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * **Project Development (AutoCAD)**: Designing technical projects and detailing continuous flow systems and mechanical transmission components. * **Engineering Analysis:** Conducting root cause analysis of failures and supporting warranty processes using technical data and drawings. * **Technical Validation:** Monitoring internal manufacturing processes to validate applications and ensure compliance of industrial projects. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identifying opportunities to enhance technical aspects of current projects to improve operational reliability. * **Technical Team Support:** Providing internal teams with detailed drawing information and technical performance indicators. **Requirements:*** **Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or related fields).** * **Advanced and proficient AutoCAD skills (mandatory).** * Proven experience in detailing mechanical systems / components. * Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into executable drawings without constant supervision. * Technical profile focused on accuracy, technical standards, and delivery quality. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of transmission elements and industrial component sizing. * Familiarity with failure analysis and reliability methodologies. **Benefits:** Medical Assistance, Education Allowance, Parking, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Food Voucher, Transportation Voucher
