**Blip is seeking an** **AI Solutions Engineer** **with a hybrid profile and a results-oriented mindset. Your primary mission is to serve as the bridge between technology and the reality of our internal challenges. As part of the AI Ecosystem (CoE) team, your challenge is to ensure that the cutting edge of GenAI is translated into production-ready solutions for daily use by Blippers. The goal is to transform latent pain points into high-impact autonomous systems, leading the shift from manual processes to intelligent workflows. ### **Purpose of the Role** Design and implement AI solutions that solve real business problems across Blip’s functional areas. The focus is on transforming operational processes into AI-Driven workflows, ensuring technology serves ROI and organizational efficiency. **Requirements** **Academic background:** Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering. ### **️** **Hard Skills** * **AI System Implementation:** Solid experience architecting and implementing end-to-end AI solutions where multiple autonomous AI agents collaborate, integrating AI agents with legacy systems, orchestrating Autonomous Agents (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, or proprietary frameworks), and integrating via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or robust APIs with legacy systems. * **Software Engineering:** Proficiency in Python/Node.js, microservices patterns, and technology stacks/templates that facilitate AI adoption by non-technical teams. Ability to develop SDKs and Blueprints (technical templates) that standardize AI consumption across teams, ensuring clean, testable code. * **Agent Architecture and RAG:** Proficiency in building high-performance information retrieval systems and autonomous agents. * **Technical ROI Measurement:** Analytical ability to measure technical success using business KPIs (tactical, strategic, and operational indicators). * **State-of-the-Art Evaluation and Benchmarking:** Technical capability to evaluate market tools and make informed *buy vs. build* decisions based on technical requirements and cost. * **Blueprint and SDK Development:** Create architectural standards and technical templates enabling both technical and non-technical teams to adopt AI securely, ensuring innovation is distributed via federation. * **Governance and Mentorship:** Serve as the technical “beacon” for AI Advocates—reviewing architectures, ensuring ethical AI usage, and disseminating engineering best practices across the entire ecosystem. ### **Soft Skills** * **Consultative Approach and Problem Diagnosis:** You must decode the needs of non-technical departments, distinguishing “wants” from “real pain points.” The objective is to design solutions that are not only technically elegant but maximize business value delivered. * **Pragmatism and ROI Focus:** A strong orientation toward tangible outcomes.
