Job Summary: Econ Construtora is seeking an Architect to develop and refine internal architectural standards, prepare AutoCAD projects, supervise teams, and ensure the quality of residential and commercial projects. Econ Construtora is a civil construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. With a qualified team, it consistently strives for excellence in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** Develop and refine internal architectural standards. Prepare projects in AutoCAD, following the preliminary study and Legal Project basis. Create all floor plans, sections, elevations, specific details, and component lists. Update projects whenever necessary. Register projects in Autodoc according to the established Project Schedule deadlines. Supervise the internal architecture team. Address questions from Project Analysts. Validate the registration of the Project Analysts’ mini-executive documents, ensuring all details and information are complete. Approve accessibility solutions for units and common areas, both in one’s own projects and those prepared by Project Analysts. Guide Project Analysts in creating quantitative tables, aiming to minimize errors. Update the standard architecture notebook, including drawings and tables as needed. Conduct studies or drawings to clarify doubts or gather information. Assist Project Analysts in organizing and presenting delivery sheets, as well as numbering them according to each type of development. Define a model project for sheet presentation and specify the content required on each sheet. Previous experience as an Urban Planner, Interior Designer, Landscape Architect, or Civil Engineer may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
