Job Description Access Controller * Control access for employees, visitors, service providers, and suppliers; * Register entries and exits in systems, spreadsheets, or control logs; * Verify identification documents, ID badges, and access authorizations; * Guide visitors regarding the company's security policies; * Monitor vehicle and material entry and exit; * Report incidents, irregularities, or risk situations to supervision; * Maintain order, organization, and security at the reception/entrance; * Support compliance with security policies and internal procedures; **Requirements** * Completed elementary or high school education; * Course related to the position. * Prior experience in this role is preferred; * Basic computer skills; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and good communication skills; **Desired Competencies** * Organization and discipline; * Professional demeanor and courtesy; * Attention to detail; * Ability to follow rules and procedures Salary: R$ 2\.300,00 Benefits: On-site meal and basic food basket worth R$ 110,00 (paid via payroll) Schedule: Monday to Saturday – 11:00 to 19:20 or 10:00 to 18:20 (possible shifts). Must be available to work Monday through Saturday, including holidays.
