The solution developed has high visibility and direct impact on operations and user experience, focusing on efficiency, scalability, governance, and robustness — essential requirements in the banking sector. **About the Team** You will join a strategic team responsible for platforms used by Operations, Business, and end users across a large international operation. The team works closely with business areas, strategic partners, and modern technologies, enabling continuous learning about operational workflows, market practices, and high-impact solutions. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and develop new features, directly contributing to the company’s core business. * Interface with external technology partners’ teams, overseeing integrations and new implementation workflows. * Develop new products and platform enhancements targeting end customers. * Actively participate in technical and strategic decisions, contributing to defining scalable architectures and solutions. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Information Technology or related fields. * Solid experience with Java, Design Patterns, and Microservices Architecture. * Knowledge of containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). * Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar). * Hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as: EKS, SNS, SQS, S3 * DocumentDB, DynamoDB * API Gateway, Lambda * Secret Manager * Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DocumentDB, Redis). * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **✨ Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience or knowledge of the financial industry. **Soft Skills** High emotional resilience and stability to operate in a fast-paced environment with concurrent demands.
