Submit your profile to our talent pool! **PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HYBRID)** We are seeking a Product Development Manager to strategically drive the design, evolution, and management of our insurance product portfolio, ensuring competitiveness, regulatory compliance, and excellence in customer experience. This role will involve close collaboration with departments including IT, Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service Channels, and will be responsible for leading innovation initiatives, continuous improvements to existing products, and launching new products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the development, review, and management of the insurance product portfolio (Auto, Corporate, Residential); * Identify market opportunities by analyzing competition, customer needs, and industry trends; * Lead product launch and improvement projects from concept to implementation; * Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (SUSEP) and internal policies; * Lead and develop the product team (POs), fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results orientation. * Support digital transformation, automation, and agile methodologies. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related fields); * Solid experience in insurance product development and management; * Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and leading teams; * Knowledge of SUSEP regulation and insurance product structure; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and results orientation; * Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in related fields. * Experience in large corporate environments or strategic consulting firms. * Familiarity with backlog and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). **WE SUPPORT YOU THROUGHOUT YOUR JOURNEY WITH:** * A welcoming work environment; * Dress code: Be yourself! * 7h30/day work schedule.
