Job Summary: Facilitate and expedite the movement of goods inside the store by operating a forklift and supporting restocking and inventory activities. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain forklift functionality and report malfunctions Facilitate and expedite the movement of goods inside the store. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Remove products from shelves, verify product removal locations, isolate the movement area, operate the forklift observing safety regulations, retrieve pallets with products, and move them to the store floor to supply products to gondolas; * Monitor forklift operational status, check fuel and oil levels, inspect mechanical components, identify potential malfunctions and/or technical issues, and promptly inform the immediate supervisor regarding the need for repairs or preventive maintenance to ensure full operational availability in store activities; * Support restocker (shelf-stocker) activities in the Grocery department by relocating products from the warehouse to appropriate locations (near gondolas), thereby contributing to faster product placement and organization in designated areas; * Support inventory activities (rotational and monthly) by sorting products in the warehouse according to the established schedule using the forklift, thereby expediting the execution of required inventory tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license; * Valid Forklift Operator Certification; * Prior experience as a Forklift Operator—preferably in food retail (wholesale, hypermarkets, supermarkets, etc.)—will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** 100% on-site position **Benefits:** * On-site cafeteria * Multi-Benefits Card * Commuter Pass * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Life Insurance * Discounts at Educational Institutions for undergraduate, postgraduate, and extension courses * Roldão Mais: Employees receive discounts at Roldão Atacadista stores, paying wholesale prices * Maternity Kit * Corporate University – Roldão Academy: Participation in training programs, with customized learning paths for each employee.
