Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Responsible for providing technical support for the implementation and maintenance of training programs, best practices, and operational procedures across all sites under your responsibility. * Responsible for ensuring that non-conformities identified during audits are implemented following client approval. * Responsible for monitoring and managing SLA compliance at a rate of 98% throughout the year. * Responsible for ensuring your subordinates’ adherence to all company procedures, respecting deadlines and processes. * Responsible for tracking the progress of corrective work orders throughout the year at your site. * Responsible for executing 100% of scheduled preventive maintenance activities throughout the year and ensuring that specialized maintenance is scheduled at 100% throughout the year. * Responsible for delivering all monthly reports and presentations within the deadlines set by your manager. * Responsible for managing the entire IPMP cycle — goal setting, mid-year review, and year-end review — for 100% of your team, within the timelines established by the company. * Participate in all weekly safety dialogues and relay all information to your entire team every week of the year. * Responsible for monitoring 100% of investigations into accidents and incidents involving your subordinates. * Actively participate in employee replacement recruitment processes. * Responsible for controlling overtime hours agreed upon with your manager. * Responsible for developing all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be used by your staff. * Implement actions to maintain facilities in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions. * Responsible for verifying items held by personnel and for collective use, maintaining records accordingly. * Develop and submit to the client a list of materials required for adequate corrective or preventive maintenance. * Ensure that the maintenance team uses both individual and collective personal protective equipment (PPE). * Responsible for maintaining the PMOC within recommended limits. * Ensure appropriate use of individual equipment. **REQUIREMENTS** * Technical course in Electrotechnology or Electromechanics. * Undergraduate studies in Engineering (in progress or completed). * Experience in maintenance and operation of diesel generator sets, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), medium-voltage distribution panels, power transformers, and electrical control systems; experience using medium-voltage presence detectors, rescue rods, and temporary grounding systems. * Prior experience supervising maintenance teams and performing managerial activities. **LOCATION:** Alphaville/SP **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM — Alternate Saturdays *JLL fosters a diverse and inclusive culture.
