Description:
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields;
* Postgraduate degree/MBA preferred (Commercial Management, Finance, Marketing, Analytics);
* Solid experience in Pricing, Revenue Management, Market Intelligence, and/or Finance;
* Knowledge of price strategy formulation, demand elasticity, margin and profitability analysis, product portfolio management, commercial policies and discounts, and dynamic pricing rules;
* Advanced Office suite proficiency, and expertise in market analysis tools such as Nielsen, Mtrix, Scanntech, etc.;
* On-site work format (West Zone - SP);
* Willingness to travel is required.
* Responsible for managing the customer portfolio and maximizing business profitability through the definition, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Pricing strategies and policies.
* Develops and manages institutional norms, policies, and rules related to pricing, ensuring alignment between commercial practices and the organization’s strategic objectives.
* Defines guidelines for concessions, discounts, and commercial terms, and proposes tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty;
* Continuously monitors the market and competition, identifying price variations, trends, and opportunities for adjustments in commercial strategies;
* Manages the creation and updating of product and service price lists, considering commercial, fiscal, tax aspects, and financial impact across the business value chain;
* Collaborates closely with related departments to ensure strategic and sustainable decision-making, and performs other duties inherent to and associated with the role;
* Reports strategic information related to the Pricing area directly to senior management, ensuring data integrity and coherence in corporate decision-making processes;
* Manages the customer portfolio to maximize profitability and ensure a balance between competitiveness and profit margins;
* Administers people management, technological processes, and available resources, directing them efficiently toward achieving organizational goals;
* Proposes, implements, and maintains institutional policies, norms, and guidelines applicable to pricing practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate strategy;
* Defines pricing strategies, concessions, and discounts, and develops tactics for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty;
* Continuously monitors the market and competition, identifying price variations, trends, and adjustment opportunities for specific customers and segments;
* Supervises the performance of the Pricing team and supports training for the sales team, ensuring alignment with departmental procedures and processes;
* Manages the creation and updating of product and service price lists, considering commercial, fiscal, and tax aspects, as well as the impact of these variables on the value chain;
* Collaborates with Marketing and Sales teams in defining and evaluating promotional activities, ensuring consistency with institutional strategies and profitability targets;
* Defines analytical standards, methods, and parameters for developing studies and diagnostics related to pricing;
* Contributes to forecasting market scenarios, adjusting pricing policy in response to cost fluctuations, demand shifts, and competitive positioning;
* Periodically presents managerial reports and performance analyses consolidating information on prices, costs, and applied margins to support strategic decision-making;
* Structures and maintains target margins for products and services in accordance with corporate guidelines, ensuring portfolio sustainability and profitability;
* Actively participates in new product and service development projects, contributing pricing analyses that guarantee economic viability and alignment with the company’s market strategy.
