




Job Summary: Manage and ensure the quality of automotive products, from PPAP development, procedure management, IATF/ISO certification, to team leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Management of IATF and ISO certifications * Prepare PPAP for the levels requested by the customer; prepare dimensional reports; ensure necessary corrections until approval. * Manage all receiving and shipping procedures, ensuring compliance with procedures and issuing a quality certificate for each shipment. * Implement quality procedures in accordance with IATF requirements. * Manage factory quality to guarantee and ensure shipment of parts meeting customer standards. * Ensure controlled start-up of production, monitoring critical dimensions, performing required tests per standard part, producing daily standard parts, training personnel, and verifying that operators produce quality parts. * Manage work folders (Control Plan, Injection Parameter Sheet, Packaging Instructions, QSA-related alerts and recurring issue alerts, training materials); review existing documents and develop missing ones. * Manage mold folders containing: arrival checklist (document), corrective and preventive maintenance records, and archived expense notes for each intervention. * Manage machine preventive maintenance folders per IATF requirements, including corrective and preventive maintenance records, and archived expense notes for each intervention. * Conduct intensive training during production and maintain alerts per QSA (critical dimensions provided by the customer), recurring issues, and training. * Provide customer support and technical assistance, including 8D and other quality tools as requested by the customer. * Support new business development, including mold construction or transfer, applying APQP, PDCA, and other relevant tools. * Ensure IATF and ISO recertification, as well as customer audits. * Perform inspection and release of production processes; validate measuring instruments; develop procedures and work instructions; support quality process-related training. * Experience in quality management within an industrial setting. * Assist in quality management procedures and processes, development, production quality, and KPIs. * Deliver specific training to teams regarding capability building and awareness of quality policy and procedures; assist in project and document control activities. * Build and manage the quality team, including inspectors, quality assistants, and others. * Experience as an automotive quality supervisor Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
