Job Summary: This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and storing packages, and may use heavy machinery to perform these tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Safely operate various power equipment **Job Summary** This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and storing packages. The individual may be required to use heavy machinery to perform tasks. This position performs other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities:** * Receives, inspects, and stores incoming products. * Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition, and completes documentation. * Receives orders and selects products from appropriate locations. * Verifies the accuracy of picked orders. * Assembles and safely packages products. * Arranges shipment pickups, contacts carriers, and coordinates scheduling. * Handles products and performs tasks in accordance with customer procedures and government and compliance regulations. * Palletizes cartons, wraps, and loads skids onto trailers. * Creates shipping labels and other package documentation to ensure accurate shipment data in the warehouse management system. * Safely operates various power equipment. * Responds promptly to customer/consumer inquiries, resolves issues, and escalates service problems to the supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, equivalency (e.g., Supletivo), or similar. * Warehouse experience \- Preferred. * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to five days per week. **Additional Information:** * Employment Type: CLT * Benefits: Transportation allowance and/or shuttle bus, On-site cafeteria, Basic food basket, Medical assistance \- Amil, Dental assistance \- Amil, Good Card, Childcare allowance for mothers with children up to 6 years old. * Available Shifts: Monday to Friday \- 08:00 to 17:48, Monday to Friday \- 14:00 to 22:48, Sunday to Thursday \- 22:00 to 06:42\.
