Job Summary:
A professional responsible for assisting in the preparation and distribution of diets/meals, ensuring hygiene and food safety, and managing inventory of food supplies.

Responsibilities:
* Consult the daily schedule with the responsible nutritionist and proceed to the assigned area to assume the shift, providing support in designated areas.
* Verify items required to meet the demand for diets/meals, completing the appropriate form for requesting food supplies to be withdrawn from the SND Stockroom.
* Assemble diets according to requests or schedules, carefully adhering to standardized timing.
* Properly sanitize utensils, equipment, and cabinets in the assigned area using appropriate cleaning products to ensure patient safety.
* Measure and record temperatures whenever necessary, following established routines, and promptly report any observed deviations to the immediate supervisor.
* Notify the nutritionist of product shortages or overstock to prevent waste, service failures, or potential quality issues.
* Deliver, collect, and verify all utensils according to the checklist to prevent loss.
Requirements:
Completed high school education.
