**[Tech] Senior Software Engineering | IT** ============================================== TOTVS | São Paulo - SP | Hybrid Job Description We are seeking professionals to develop and maintain software features and their interfaces, delivering value to the product and ensuring customer satisfaction within our business segment. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop medium- to high-complexity technical solutions with minimal supervision and limited support, implementing software requirements using the front-end and back-end technologies involved in the project; * Understand the software’s front-end and back-end architecture and be capable of working within it through analysis of its components, organization, and functionalities; * Create high-complexity tests—whether manual or automated—to cover the intended behavior of developed technical components, using requirements and testing tools; * Document development stages by recording implementation details in version control and documentation tools; * Guide and collaborate with the development team to identify business, architectural, and design solutions through communication and knowledge sharing; * Maintain software quality by reviewing processes, tools, and best practices applicable to the product and technologies used; * Mentor less-senior developers by addressing their questions, sharing expertise, designing and architecting solutions, or recommending supporting documentation; * Specify medium- to high-complexity requirements through direct interaction with clients and internal stakeholders involved in the project or support activities. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: Bachelor’s degree completed in technology or related fields * Technical Skills: * Back-end programming language (Node.js and TypeScript) – advanced level; * Front-end programming language (React) – advanced level; * Back-end frameworks fundamentals (e.g., NestJS, Spring, Express, Rails, etc.) – advanced level; * Unit testing fundamentals – advanced level; * Databases (Relational and NoSQL) – advanced level; * Agile software development methodologies – intermediate level preferred; * Software architecture (e.g., client-server, web, etc.); * Experience with application security and authentication (OAuth2, JWT); * Mentor Junior and Mid-level developers, and influence business decisions through technology; * Experience with message queue systems; * Knowledge of Serverless computing; * Knowledge of AWS; * Experience using AI for code generation. Desirable Requirements * Experience with projects using Specification-Driven Development (SDD); * Knowledge of CI/CD; * AWS certifications.
