Job Summary: This professional will support the development and implementation of quality control plans, performing inspections, monitoring standards, and analyzing data to ensure project performance. Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions Description: * Technical education or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, Construction Technology, Building Technician, or related fields; * Knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to civil construction (e.g., ABNT, NRs); * Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 is considered a plus); * Ability to prepare reports and analyze data; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Prior experience on construction sites or in quality departments is a plus; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required; * Completion of a Quality Inspector course and/or enrollment in a Civil Engineering program. Support the development and implementation of quality control plans; Conduct quality inspections and tests on materials, components, and structures during construction; Monitor compliance with technical standards, regulations, and environmental standards; Collect, analyze, and organize quality data to track project performance; Identify non-conformities and collaborate in proposing corrective and preventive actions; Assist in internal and external quality audits; Participate in meetings with project and construction teams, contributing technical solutions; Prepare performance reports and propose continuous improvements; Support supplier and subcontractor management regarding quality requirements; * Contribute to the implementation of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001\) and employee training programs. 2512100202181743669
