Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing, legalizing, and planning projects and construction works; collecting data; interpreting and obtaining approvals from competent authorities; and monitoring execution. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and legalize projects and construction works under supervision. 2. Interpret projects and prepare drawings, following technical standards. 3. Monitor and update the physical construction schedule. Develop projects under supervision, legalize projects and construction works, and plan construction execution work; Collect site and client data, interpret projects, and prepare drawings/sketches in compliance with technical standards and specifications; Review projects and their respective approvals/expiry dates, select documents required for construction legalization, submit projects for approval to competent authorities, control document deadlines, and assess non\-conformities; Monitor\/update the physical schedule, evaluate parts lists for service execution, and track service results.
