Job Summary: We are seeking a Performance & Operational Intelligence Intern to support the Operations Directorate, transforming data into strategic guidance and impacting company performance. Development of data analysis and automation Performance \& Operational Intelligence Intern We seek a Performance \& Operational Intelligence Intern to work directly with the Operations Directorate, supporting the development, monitoring, and analysis of strategic metrics. The professional will be responsible for transforming data into clear guidance, supporting the creation of action plans, and ensuring that metrics move beyond the operational domain to inform strategic decisions. This position involves direct interaction with leadership and has a strong impact on company performance. Main Responsibilities * Build and maintain managerial dashboards (Metabase, Power BI or similar) * Structure operational, financial, and commercial KPIs * Ensure data reliability and quality * Automate recurring reports * Prepare executive analyses for results meetings * Identify target deviations and suggest root cause hypotheses * Support the development of data-driven action plans * Collaborate with departments to continuously improve processes * Establish indicator monitoring routines Profile We Seek * Analytical and structured mindset * Strong organizational and prioritization skills * Clear and concise communication (including with leadership) * Owner mentality and results orientation * Ability to move from data to actionable insights * Curiosity and eagerness to learn * Interest in AI (essential). Having completed any university project or hobby project related to AI. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in Engineering, Administration, or related fields, with expected graduation from June 2027 onward * Knowledge of SQL * Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets Differentials * Prior experience in KPI definition and management, operational performance analysis, or CRM (HubSpot, etc.)
