We are seeking 5 professionals to work as IT TECHNICIANS, on-site in Rochdale – Osasco – SP, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, under a permanent CLT employment contract. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the proper functionality of electronic equipment used by employees and clients, offering solutions, repairs, upgrades, and support. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide internal and external technical support remotely and on-site; * Perform diagnostics, testing, maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts and components in servers, switches, and notebooks; * Conduct equipment triage, assembly, and preparation for after-sales; * Support the Customer Service Department (SAC) in equipment testing, validation, and assembly; * Install, configure, and update software and hardware; * Perform technical cleaning and preventive and corrective equipment maintenance; * Record service requests and prepare technical reports; * Monitor and respond to service tickets via the internal system; * Perform technical tasks in Data Center environments; * Assist the sales team in resolving clients’ technical queries; * Adhere to the company’s defined quality standards, processes, and procedures; * Monitor internal processes and contribute suggestions for improvements and updates to the services offered. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in Computer Assembly and Maintenance, or ongoing higher education in IT. * Rack assembly skills. * Solid experience in microcomputing, computer network maintenance, and equipment assembly/disassembly. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Driver's license category B (preferred). * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Organizational and attention-to-detail skills. * Time management ability. * Quick learning ability. * Strong manual dexterity (e.g., part replacement). **Benefits:** * Transportation voucher (VT). * Meal voucher (VR) R$ 30 per business day. * Total Pass with exclusive discounts, extendable to up to 3 people of your choice. * Intermédica health insurance plan without copayment, covering spouse and children (at additional cost). * Bradesco dental plan, free of charge. * Swile Shop discount club. * Vittude therapy with 40% discount. * Birthday day off. * Growth opportunity. * Fully equipped space including game room and nap room.
