




Responsibilities: * Support all stages of the recruitment process, from aligning candidate profiles with managers to completing the process; * Post job openings on various platforms and social media; * Screen resumes according to job requirements; * Schedule and follow up on in-person and online interviews; * Assist in administering assessments; * Provide administrative support by organizing documents and reports related to recruitment. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields; + Strong verbal and written communication skills; + Organizational skills and attention to deadlines; + Proactivity and ease in interacting with people; + Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection is required.
