Job Summary: The Distribution Assistant monitors delivery teams, analyzes routes, manages transportation financial discrepancies, and handles customer incidents and complaints. Key Highlights: 1. Support in managing working hours of external teams Opportunity Details: * Position: Distribution Assistant * Work Schedule: 6x1 (Monday to Saturday) * Working Hours: 5:20 AM to 1:40 PM * Salary: R$ 3.484,00 * Education: Completed high school (ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus) * Skills: Basic Microsoft Office suite Main Responsibilities: * Monitoring delivery teams on route * Analyzing routes, returns, and product returns * Managing transportation financial discrepancies * Handling customer incidents and complaints * Reporting delivery status to coordination * Supporting the management of working hours for external teams Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education)
