On the Business Development team, you will: Develop relationships with chemical specialty suppliers, managing their projects to present the results achieved. Carry out marketing activities for the area together with the manager, requesting necessary content from Marketing. Collaborate with the organization and validation of content for industry trade shows together with the Marketing department, aiming to create a more attractive environment for the target audience. Participate in industry events across Brazil as a speaker or attendee to capture clients for projects. Frequently visit potential chemical specialty customers together with the Commercial department to support product development and address any questions, as well as to initiate new chemical specialty projects. Deliver technical training to the commercial team, jointly with the area manager, to convey the functionalities and differentiators of developed products. Search for new raw materials, equipment, and technologies in literature, magazines, technical publications, and the worldwide web, aiming to develop new products and improve applications for traditional raw materials. Prepare product development project reports according to customer needs to present development results. Prepare monthly project reports for suppliers.
