Manage requests from external press agencies and ensure consistency of institutional messaging. Develop and maintain the communications editorial calendar, integrating press, social media, and campaigns. Create and publish content for corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), monitor metrics, and suggest improvements. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns—from defining messages and channels to tracking results. Produce communications and marketing materials (posts, videos, press releases, newsletters, press kits). Monitor and report on media and digital performance indicators (earned media, reach, engagement, ROI). Ensure brand alignment and consistency of tone of voice across all communications. Support corporate and crisis communications initiatives alongside press advisors and senior management. Interface with suppliers and agencies. Maintain the digital hotel catalog.
