We are seeking a professional to join our P\&C team, responsible for handling claims processes of medium to high complexity. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper handling of claims processes by notifying the insurance company of the incident or event triggering the client’s claim, thereby enabling analysis and investigation to verify coverage of the event according to the conditions established in the policy. * Provide customer service via phone and digital tools, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate support tailored to their claims-related needs. * Monitor the entire claims process alongside the insurer and regulator to ensure compliance with all claims regulation standards. * Ensure the client is informed about all stages of the claims process by sharing relevant data and information, thus providing necessary support and guidance regarding claims operations. * Track all open and/or settled claims by setting deadlines for monitoring each claim, thereby ensuring internal control and subsequent impact assessment during renewal. * Analyze contracted coverages by reviewing all data and information contained in the current policy, thereby confirming or denying coverage for the reported claim. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as required by management, whenever necessary—through training, professional development, and guidance—to ensure continuous professional growth as a learning opportunity aligned with departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Professional experience in insurance brokerage claims handling * Customer focus, professionalism, proactivity, innovation, analytical ability, planning skills, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential for candidates **Additional Information** * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance and/or food voucher * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Wellz * Wellhub * Day off * Apoio Pass for you and your dependents * Discounts on personal insurance policies—including auto, life, home, travel, and others. **Here, you define the pace of your growth and the scale of your achievements.** MDS is one of Brazil’s leading insurance brokerage firms, specializing in insurance, reinsurance, benefits management, and risk consulting.
