Description

**Main responsibilities:** The professional will be responsible for leading, executing, and supporting technical drafting work related to civil construction and architecture, participating in the development and detailing of building projects. · Execute architectural and civil engineering technical drawings; · Develop preliminary designs, floor plans, layouts, schematic sections, elevations, and details; · Prepare drawings based on sketches provided by designers; · Perform 2D and 3D graphical representation and create virtual models; · Assist in various stages of building projects; · Apply technical standards, conventional symbols, and relevant legislation; · Update drawings in accordance with technical standards and legal requirements; · Detail work programs, observing technical standards and safety regulations; · Graphically represent technical details and calculations related to projects. **Requirements:** · Technical education in Civil Construction Drafting or Building Construction; or currently enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Architecture or related fields; · Proficiency in AutoCAD; · Knowledge of architectural technical drawing; · Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility in meeting deadlines; **Preferred qualifications:** · Knowledge of **Revit**; · Portfolio.
