Job Summary: A physical security professional responsible for CCTV monitoring, access control, alarm response, and support to the Risk team. Key Highlights: 1. CCTV and movement monitoring 2. Support to Risk and Security team ### **Monitoring / Physical Security** ### **Responsibilities:** * Monitor images from the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system, observing movements within premises and reporting irregularities to the immediate supervisor. * Perform image backups whenever requested by management. * Respond to the monitoring center in case of alarm triggers at company units. * Contact competent authorities—such as the Military Fire Department of the State of São Paulo, Mobile Emergency Medical Service (SAMU), police, or civil defense—when necessary. * Register and authorize employee access in the access control system. * Control entry and exit of personnel (employees, visitors, and contractors) using updated spreadsheets. * Assume front-desk duties during regular staff absences. * Monitor temperatures in cold rooms and warehouses, reporting any anomalies. * Provide support to the Risk team when required. * Substitute third-party security personnel under supervision of the immediate supervisor. * Monitor and audit transportation vehicles during inter-branch transfer operations. * Assist the manager with related departmental tasks. * Follow Physical Security procedures for employee coverage. * Comply with safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations. * Maintain company-provided equipment and materials. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** TotalPass, Dental Plan, Health Insurance, Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Food Voucher, Conexa Saúde (Telemedicine) ### **Department:** Physical Security
