We are seeking a student to undertake an internship at a German multinational company, a global leader in its field of operation. You will intern in the customer support department, guiding customers regarding technical requirements related to purchasing new products or maintaining previously acquired products. Occasionally, you will also support the technical assistance team with maintenance, warranty claims, and product and service reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to internal and external customers; * Conduct product testing; * Assist in the development of new products; * Assist in supplier development; * Prepare material quotations; * Place purchase orders in the system; * Conduct training sessions; * Provide customer support via e\-mail and telephone. REQUIREMENTS * Currently enrolled in the second year or later of an undergraduate program in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering or Technology; * English proficiency at least at intermediate level for technical reading and communication with headquarters. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Easy access to the Cotia region..
