Additionally, our interns undergo continuous development, supported by an **Individual Development Program**, **Lectures and Trainings**, and **Access to Corporate Learning Platforms and Discounts**. This experience will provide a holistic view of the company and support your professional growth, preparing\-you to tackle real-world challenges and contribute to innovative initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Fields of Study**: Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Automation; * **Availability**: 6 hours per day, with schedule flexibility on exam days; * **Work Location**: Grupo Monto Central Office; * **Academic Progress**: Currently enrolled from the 6th semester onward. **Additional Information** * Competitive internship stipend; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Total Pass; * Corporate Learning Platform.
