Guaranteeing the proper operation of electroelectronic devices An energy-sector company located in Jundiaí (SP) is seeking a Testing Technician for permanent employment at its factory. The Testing Technician will be responsible for performing electrical and functional tests on electrical panels according to functional, logic, single-line, and construction diagrams, ensuring correct operation, quality, and compliance of equipment. They will work collaboratively with assembly, engineering, and quality teams, supporting fault identification, necessary adjustments, and contributing to the delivery of safe and efficient solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Perform continuity, insulation, contact resistance, and applied voltage tests on electrical panels; * Interpret electrical, functional diagrams, and material lists to execute tests; * Identify, record, and report non-conformities found during testing; * Conduct constructive verification of panels according to mechanical and electrical project specifications; * Assist in assembling and configuring test benches/gigas; * Perform basic adjustments and corrections on panels as per technical guidance; * Ensure proper operation of devices such as relays, circuit breakers, and other electroelectronic components; * Complete test reports and checklists, ensuring traceability of information; * Support inspection and release processes for panels together with relevant departments; * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and upkeep of equipment and the workplace; * Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations. **Qualifications:** * Technical education in electricity or related fields (Electrical Technician, Electrical Controls, Electrotechnology, or similar); * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or similar activities; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting electrical diagrams; * Familiarity with electrical measurement instruments and panel testing; * Knowledge of applicable technical standards is desirable. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Compensation: R$ 3\.600,00 (CLT – Permanent). * Free on-site meals. * TotalPass. * Transportation Allowance – 6% legal deduction (paid via VT card). * Swile Card (multi-benefit) \- R$ 350,00 per month. * Life insurance. * Health Plan – monthly premium fully covered for the primary insured (SulAmérica co-payment plan). * Dental Plan – optional, with monthly premium borne by the employee (SulAmérica). * Univers Pharmacy Agreement covering up to 30% of salary, deducted from payroll. * Medida Certa Program – free nutritional counseling. * Partnerships with universities and English language schools offering tuition discounts. * Access to Amcham/UN training platform. * ATTENTION: This position does not include hazard pay.
