Technically manage field teams and vendors. Perform corrective, preventive, activation, and configuration maintenance on NVRs. Participate in projects, technical meetings, floor plan reviews, and solution definition. Ensure recording integrity and device availability. Present monthly KPIs to business areas along with corrective action plans. Develop Power BI dashboards, operational reports, and continuous improvement plans. Collaborate with the infrastructure team on technical integration and knowledge sharing. **Requirements and Qualifications** Senior Technical Coordinator to serve as the technical reference responsible for ensuring continuous and secure operation of camera (CCTV) and access control systems within one of the country’s most critical environments. Solid experience with CCTV systems (Indigo Vision, Avigilon, Bosch, Motorola, Tyco); Proficiency in C-CURE 9000 access control; Advanced Power BI and Excel for report and dashboard generation; Ability to read floor plans and analyze infrastructure projects; ITSM / Service Desk / Incident and SLA management; Networking knowledge (IP, Unicast, Multicast, OSI model); Cabling infrastructure (copper and fiber), network topology; Familiarity with sensors, relays, magnetic contacts, and peripheral devices.
